Refund Policy

14-day refund window
We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund window on AppMap subscriptions. If you request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date, we'll refund the full amount you paid for that charge.
How to request a refund
Email legal@empoweredsolutions.ltd with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address you used to make the purchase. That's all we need to find your order.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through Paddle and returned to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display the refund on your statement.
Payments and refunds via Paddle
Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, taxes, and the mechanics of issuing refunds to your original payment method.
What's not refundable
Charges older than 14 days are not eligible for a refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We may also decline refund requests that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.
Partial refunds and mid-cycle cancellations
We do not offer partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel after the 14-day window, you will not be charged again, and your paid access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
